Cyncoed Taekwon-Do is owned and run by Mr Dean Matthews (5th Dan) and Mrs Clare Matthews (4th Dan).Mr Matthews and Mrs Matthews are both CRB vetted and are members of the British Taekwon-Do council. Together they have a combined 30 years of teaching experience.
